An Introduction To Kinesiology
Ian shares with you in this episode about how you spend a lot of energy beating yourself up to certain behavior and one session of kinesiology will help you realize why you are stuck in a pattern or a loop that comes from your deepest trauma and experiences. You tend to create a story around your head about things that just happened, and there are ways to release those stories. Reprogramming your mind does not always have to be internal, it can also happen through physical changes or patterns.
