I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

I read with interest that two of the Sydney roosters players were being sent for anger management training. And while I understand the concept, and I mean, maybe it's not even true, right? Don't believe everything you read in the paper. But I wonder if that's the right thing for them. And so the two particular players play with fire, and they play close to the edge. And they're a good reflection of what I've played my sport like in the past of what I've seen, from many people, also a reflection of a lot of what societies like right, where things get really intense, and then it bubbles over. And then comes out perhaps at a time that's not most beneficial. But when people are most under stress, which is exactly what played out in their most recent game where they got a bit caught up in the emotion and and went over the top. Even the coach admitted that. But what if you didn't have to manage emotions? What if instead, you had the ability to harness Blangah? What if you had the ability to actually use that energy for something more beneficial to be able to control the speed that you go to be able to control what direction that you steer. And to be able to decide on your terms? Exactly what you want to use that energy for. The harness is important, right? Because it allows you to have that control that self control. Otherwise, you're just being allowed to go wherever the horse wants to go, or wherever your anger takes you when you are reacting rather than being able to harness it. Well, I will say this, it is extremely powerful, to be able to release anger in a physical way. And it's something that I've done in the past as well. Often, though, that has negative consequences, particularly if that physical release negatively impacts someone else Now for me, was on a sporting field. For other people, they might react in an aggressive manner, whether they're using violence or just that in their body language. I used to also cut out the axe and just take my frustration out by chopping some wood, right? Other people's maybe punching holes in wall or whatever else. There is value in that you do feel better because we need to physically release. But what if you could do it in a way that will enable you to repurpose that energy to make it sustainable energy. Its people are big on sustainable energy at the moment what if we have that same capability, instead of releasing what's going on? And just letting that energy go, but actually be able to harness it, channel it, repurpose it into something more beneficial. Now, this is also opposed to the deep dives into your emotions and your feelings which I see people talk about. You may have heard me talk about it in the past, and it is a trap. It will keep you stuck. And it made me feel better but it takes away that fire in the belly. It takes away your ability for you to fire up and get done what you need to get done. Moving forward with discipline. But when you're able to harness your anger, your energy becomes unstoppable. you rediscover that fire in the belly. You find your strength you find your power To drive the discipline to go and do everything that you want to do.

Now, it's taken me some time to get to this point through my own trial and error around this. Because when I first got into business, as some of you may remember, there was around direct messages to dads, particularly around becoming a candidate. That was the journey I was on, I was sick of being an angry dad. But it also sick of how anger showed up in a whole lot of areas of my life. What I learned reading a book about addiction is that everyone has an addiction, and mine was anger. It was just a default response to different situations in my life. So I started on the journey, trying to calm trying to stop myself, but that just made me more and more tense on the inside, I still had that anger in my system. Sure, I was able to stay calm in the in the moment, mostly, but it was still sitting there, it would bubble out. Like like the kettle, right. As soon as the heat was applied, in a stressful situation, the steam would come out and someone would get burned, often me off and other people, the people I cared about the most. So through this trial and error, I've tried different things. And I've also applied the different knowledge and skills that I've learned elsewhere, to be able to build a process that allows you to physically process but then harness it, repurpose that energy. get you moving forward 100 miles an hour. My clients love it, I actually sat down with one of them recently to do a review, as they were coming to an end in the program that they had worked with me on. And I was asking them about it. And I was getting some stuff for a testimonial. And then I asked him about the new training that I've got the anger rehab training. And he said, actually, that's the best thing ever. That's actually better the program I just went through. And part of his life. I really like that the program was good. But he was like, no, no, this this was amazing. And what it's allowed him to go forward with. But it also gave me such confidence. And I'm getting the same feedback from all of my clients about how beneficial this is. It's an everyday tool, it's an every moment tool to help you move forward and be able to process on the run. Because when you don't process anger, it turns into things like sadness, it turns into things like feeling depressed or anxious. By being able to process on the run with this anger rehab training, you can shift that energy immediately. head in the right direction, know with great certainty that you're heading in the right direction, and drive you forward in whatever situation you're in. I'm going to drop a link below. This link will give you access to not just this training, how it works, but also a whole framework that's going to help you deal with any of those moments of frustration and anger that pop up out of nowhere, that you really would prefer to live without you know the negative impact it's having on you on people around you. That's a choice. If I could give you a strategy to change it, would you take it the link will be below. Time for action. And for you to discover this and harness this unstoppable energy that sits inside you.
