As you tune into each episode, you will receive insight into your own grief, how to eliminate it and what to do next. Before we start by one request, if any new insights or awareness land with you during this episode, please send me an email at info at the and Hawkins coaching.com. And let me know what you found. I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it go out and get busy. It's a quote from Dale Carnegie. And it's one that I had on my iPad wallpaper for a long time, particularly early days of my journey. A reminder of something that one of my mates talks about Dan McPherson motion Trump's emotion. I hope I've got that quite correct. But basically, the more we get moving forward, the less of that doubt and fear that comes in and the more we get confidence. So yes, there are processes that you can go through to release. And there are processes that you can go to to let go of different elements that are holding you back. You can also do that by taking action by getting out of your comfort zone. And just know that on the other side of you taking that action, you're going to build even more confidence, you're going to get more courage, you're going to get more momentum, you know, more folk forward movement. So if at this very moment, you're sitting with something that you can't move forward on. Is it time for you just to have that courage to stand up and to start taking action to pick yourself up, find that drive, find that discipline, find that determination and start taking action. It's been the single biggest change for my business is taking action on the things that my coach has shown me through what I've asked, or what through what I have, let her know what it is that I need. What it is that I want. Taking the actions changes everything. It's conversations I have with my clients regularly. Everything will start shifting, if you take action on the things that you know, we'll get to where it is that you want to get to changes everything. So if at this point, you're sitting with something I call on you now, to take action on it. To make that commitment to yourself that you do want to move towards what you truly want in life, and that you'll do whatever needs to happen to make it happen because you deserve it. And you'll only get one crack at this. So you might as well give it your best shot. So go out get busy and watch everything transform before your eyes.
