Episode 30

Empaths

In this episode, Ian talked about how he ends up asking himself why did he do a certain thing or

why was he feeling that way or why does he attract more emotions than others. You have would

realize that the reason why you are doing things and why you do not really care about

judgments is also the reason why you are feeling certain emotions. You must value someone's

presence when opening up to you because you are an empath, you feel more emotions than

others and it is not really a bad thing.

Don’t miss:

• Having the gifts and talents you have is something you can share

• Being able to absorb more emotion will make you feel like you are responsible for someone else's

•Being too emotional is nothing when you're in a safe and judgment-free place

• Being an empath doesn't necessarily mean you have to focus on others

•Do not let other people's emotions cloud yours
