I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

So I was thinking about this this week around self doubt, and how it just will continue to show up. So it's not about necessarily removing self doubt from your life completely. But learning to overcome self doubt, and act anyway. self doubt shows you that there's somebody else that needs attention, whenever you're working towards something usually shows that you care about that thing too. And that it's important to it's not a time to go running in the other direction. But to have to think about well, what might this self doubt be what might be causing this. So every time you then come across self doubt, rather than it being an exercise in futility, and wishing it was another way and maybe retreating back to a safer place. It's an opportunity to reflect and think, Okay, this is my next level of growth. This is my next opportunity to progress, an opportunity to increase my performance increase my ability to overcome obstacles to overcome challenges to be better than I was yesterday. Because self doubt will continue to return. As long as you're human, you're going to continue to face adversity, you're going to continue to face situations that you've never faced before. And there will always be something else that needs attention sitting within your belief system within your emotional system. So you're given the dogs getting triggered? And if you can hear that music going off because it's someone walking past safety mechanism. So for you around self doubt, have a think about it. When you're faced with it, do you retreat? Do you sink back into your comfort zone? Or do you look at as lucky look at it as a challenge, an opportunity to grow and opportunity progress. And when you are faced with it, one of the best things you can do is externalize that doubt. Have a conversation about it. So you can put a bit of perspective on it. And if you aren't in a position where you can have a good, robust, honest conversation with someone else, have it yourself, running your journal, say it out loud, do a voice recording memo, meditate, find another way to process those different thoughts around what might be causing you this doubt. I touched on this in a post I did this week and had someone asked me to do a podcast on it. And I'll go into more depth in another episode. But it was around the our natural ability to be able to find a solution, see a solution and find an intuitive response within us to tackle whatever that is. And that's we're able to do that. Through these processes. I mentioned being able to externalize whether that's verbally written and meditation is a way of externalizing to thoughts come in thoughts go out. Simplest simplified version. But it's a it's an opportunity to connect with that part of us that might be holding the answers to whatever is creating that self doubt. So use self doubt as an opportunity to grow an opportunity for your expansion. Game Changer.
