I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

My very first mentor, I listened to every bit of audio that he was putting out to the world. It's all about mindset. Upgrading your mindset couldn't get enough. And it seemed like I listened to every audio that he put out again and again. So I sent him a message. And this is what I'd already signed up to be working with him. I sent him a message and said, Have you got anything else you can share with me. And he just said just get back to the things I've listened to keep listening to them. And then the next day put out this video. And it was a short snippet of the late great Jim Rohn. And it was saying, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. And He repeated it twice. I just didn't I just say that for a fact. He repeated it twice in this video. And Jim Rohn used to talk about I guess you'd call it spirituality. But you do it in a really unassuming way. He go ahead and fully understand the magic of that. of life. But he said but when you're ready, the teacher will appear. Now the irony for me was I was ready for a new voice for a new teacher. And there he was Jim Rohn. I'd never heard him speak before. But he was delivering the message of exactly what I was experiencing. I was ready to hear His message. So I'd started searching for this guy. And for those that don't know Jim Rohn coached Tony Robbins. Tony Robbins has never done a coaching, a learn to coach program, a coaching accreditation, but he learned from the great Jim Rohn. And that's where my formative coaching. Well, actually, my formative coaching started as a teen coaching young footballers and cricketers, but in terms of personal growth, and started listening to Jim Rohn. And one of the key messages was self responsibility. Personal Responsibility, full responsibility. And then I listened to his stuff again and again the eyes look for another voice. And then I found Les Brown, say message, your take full responsibility for your life. Life is gonna throw stuff at you. Life is gonna throw challenges at you. outside of your control, people are going to do things things are going to happen, that are not your responsibility, and they are not in your control. What is in your control is full self responsibility. Now, I used to cringe listening to this. And initially Honestly, I thought, what a lot of what a lot of crap. Like how can this be my responsibility. But I listened to it again and again. And then one day it landed. When you take full responsibility, you take back control of your life. You get to determined how you respond, your response ability, your ability to respond in a way that's going to work better for you. And I've had this conversation with many people and they reacted the same way that I did, which is I'm not sure about that. Because they will happily stuck in blame in victimhood. And it's not till you're ready to step out of that. To be empowered to walk the path yourself that you'll be ready to hear that message. So if you're ready, that is the first path, the first step towards your future, full self responsibility. In that space, you get to control your destiny. You get to control each step you take how you respond to every single moment. We get back your power, get back your strength.

And I'm not telling you it's easy, especially initially, when for the longest time you've blamed, you've assigned blame and you've taken blame. And you've made everything about fault. And that's not your fault. That's, that's all you ever hear. On the TV, from family from friends, jammed down our throat. To blame culture, someone has to take responsibility, or saw something, one of the football games last night a piece of commentary with a guy, the well meaning comment. But it's been taken in a different context from people. And now they're saying you shouldn't be commentating anymore. Now, sure, he's got to take responsibility. He can't he can't do anything else now but respond and say, Okay, well, this is how it is. This is what I'm going to change. Or he's going to say, No, this is what I meant from it. And I don't take back my comment, but he's responsible come with different outcomes. But that concept of in blaming him for however, that made a whole lot of people feel, and he gets canceled, again, that's that, that blame culture, someone's got to be blind, when he said that it didn't feel good. So it's his fault. Let's get rid of him. This is the this is the culture. This is the life that you're experiencing all around you. So it's not your fault that you at times, blame. At times, seek to blame a time seek to release your fault to make it about someone else. But every single time you do give up your power. You give up self control and you are floating and at the mercy of circumstance. Take full self responsibility. Take back your power. Reclaim your destiny, and take whatever steps you know you need to take towards your best future.
