I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

You can do anything you set your mind to have you heard that one never really quite made sense to me. And I have a bit of resistance to that. There we go. Actually, you can do anything anything's possible. Is there a part of me that can run a record while record time for 100 meters is that been possible from a young age? I don't necessarily believe that as a certain limitations in physiology in body type in a number of different things. And I'm happy to be proved wrong on this. But this is my stance on to me you can achieve anything that's within your heart that's that's within your calling. And your calling is very much linked to your own story. So when you get to a certain age, you start to see the patterns. And there's certain things that make sense to you that you want to change. But if I asked you hand on heart now, some of those goals that may be a popular to have? Is it really what you want? And I'll ask it through this lens, is it because through doing that, you think it's going to feel a certain way, because you're what you've Western witness from other people. Maybe you think all of that adulation and glory of having an achievement like a Olympic gold medal or a world record or a famous piece of art, or something that's has that world renowned, maybe there's the external trappings that go with that, that is what is the appeal. But again, is that what you really want? Or is that what you think, from your experience on the external world that would make your life complete. Because that's really an internal job. The very thing that you can do that, if you set your mind to it, you can absolutely do will be very much come from an internal place of not having to find motivation, but inspiration. I'm not saying it'll be easy. But it will have moments where it just feels effortless because it's so in alignment from your own past I was having a conversation with a family member yesterday, we're talking about public speaking. And they witness me having to do a bit of public speaking and trophy presentation for the boys football and just commenting that they remarked on what a good job I'd done. And I say, well, that's come with practice. It's not something that's necessarily happened easily. It's it's taken some time. And the best thing that I learn along that journey of being able to speak in front of an audience was making sure you only talk about things that you actually know, that are actually being true to you. Because the moment you will struggle in any type of speaking engagement is when you're trying to talk about things that you think that people want to hear. But it's not actually something that you have real knowledge about, with like, the back to moments where I'm trying to, like in a moment of pressure in front of an audience like at school, for example, trying to recall information and the panic, what if I can't remember it? When you talk from a perspective of things that have been true for your life for a long period of time that you've learned again and again and again, they're easy to talk about. because you're not having to recall things that you have a small memory of, you're not trying to be creative in your answer by thinking of maybe what they wanted to hear, but instead of flows out, because it's just what you know, you know it to be true. Because you've lived it again and again and again. And when you think about that, you can do anything that you set your mind to concept. What if it's everything you can set your body, mind, heart and soul to. And if you can't pass that test all four of those parts of you, then you probably can't do it. Or maybe you can, but it will come at a cost, to your health, to your relationships to something else. To how you are feeling about life and the world. So when you think about that idea of like, what is it I want from life? I can add anything I want, apparently, well, then what does that look like? Well, the best thing is to have a look at where you've been, what have I had that I don't like, what am I? How did I do like? And what is it that I want, that's going to be even better than those things. And ultimately, that comes back to who you need to be to make that happen anyway. So if that's something that really passes that test, physically, that's something I've prepared to do mentally. I've got the ability to do that. Because I know that that's something that's been true for what thinking it's not going to be a stretch, or I know I've got the determination to be able to get the mental strength to make that happen. Is it from an emotional perspective? Is it a calling in my heart that's actually going to bring me more joy, that's actually going to be something that I can connect with? Because it's true for me. And then when it comes to soul, is it that that deeper connection with yourself when you go within when you take time to pause to be still to be quiet? And let the thinking pass you by and process and then allow that space for the internal wisdom to come through? Is what you want from your life true for that? And when you do that, then it's okay, well, who do you need to be? Who do you need to be to make that happen?
