You reach a certain point in your life and you start thinking where did this all get on top of me? Where did all these different things appear from it's like, these problems didn't seem to be there before. Or maybe you're aware that they were but not at the magnitude that they are in your life. Things like the the self doubt the the overwhelm, feeling stuck, maybe lacking clarity direction, that feeling of mediocrity or the average sense of hopelessness. The pressure that just built that all of these things cause the inconsistent performance, whether it's procrastination, or avoidance or distraction. Dealing with those reoccurring illnesses and injuries and different pains in your body that were there before. All of these different things are a product of that big life changing event that you experienced. Yeah, that one. It brings it all to your attention. For me, when my dad passed, brought everything that I'd been ignoring that I'd been suppressing, that I'd been avoiding to the surface. And all of those things that I described, now, they all came for me too. And it's, it's debilitating. It leaves you feeling stuck, and you don't know what to do. All of those things had already been there. But again, I've done such a good job of suppressing them. And you probably have to, or avoiding or just not seeing them for what they are. But that big moment, that life changing moment. The grief, the grief upon the grief that comes crashing down wave after wave. That's what causes it. And if you don't address them, it comes at you harder and harder. And you probably recognize that you might have had experiences with that at the moment. And I know this pain, too well. That's why I love helping my clients, but it's the people I coach. Because in our clients, they become friends and they become lifetime connections. It's more than just a client. But I love being able to fast track them through the things that kept me stuck for years. Because I don't want anyone else to go through that I don't want anyone else to go through being stuck in those loops. As painful, doesn't have to be that way. So getting the right steps in place, the right steps to take for you. So critical fear, overcoming all of those different things to be able to move forward. Some of them are easier than others, some of them will take some more willingness to get uncomfortable. But it all comes back to the same place. There are certain things that need to be in place. Until those things having a clear structure and having accountability. It's a game changer for me. So the training I'm running next week, and I run quite regularly and will soon be available at any time on the website. The start now training is gonna help you unlock your best future. Because the other thing that happens when you have that big life changing event is you realize I want my life to be better. I want more from life at this. And then you start remembering that you've always kind of thought that you've always been searching for more money, meaning you've always realized that there's got to be more to it. So this training is going to help you start heading the right direction so you can unlock your best to future to take full responsibility for everything that's been even the shitty things that have other people have done. taking full responsibility to get your control back in the situation. To find that hunger, that motivation, that inspiration to be able to do more than you're currently doing, to have the self doubt and act anyway, to be overwhelmed, but act anyway. So you can start moving forward and have that desire to move forward. So that you can take the action, you know, you need to take but you keep putting off. And these things are going to be the recipe for you to start moving forward to start making progress to start getting momentum. And start living the life that you want it to live.
