I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it. So, at the moment, there's a real weary energy during the rounds. It's collective energy, you may have felt it yourself you may have experienced with people in your world. And it's exhausting. seem like a really horrific car accident just near my place. Unfortunately, someone losing their life I don't know how that unfolded. But when people are tired, then mistakes get made. As a accident my wife's work where someone had literally fall asleep and crashed into one of the buses. For me, I dropped a glass container. Just I don't even know what happened where he energy someone else in my family has a shield that will go nameless, spraying deodorant onto their hair instead of hairspray or whatever it was that they're putting on. It is break. Conditioner something and I pretend to know what it was but it was the wrong thing, let's just say. And it can have a really negative impact on all areas your life and just your regular day to day physical function can be impacted your your mental facilities, impacted. mental faculties even see the arts even impacting what I what I'm thinking what I'm saying. And you're not going crazy, like there's a lot of that going around. So being kind to yourself at the moment. And being okay that your body's telling you something that you need to rest. So it's important that you acknowledge it. Your body is constantly talking to us. So acknowledging that, yeah, it's okay that I need to rest, the worst thing you can do is keep pushing through. Because you have to get things done. Because eventually your body is going to say to you no more. And it's going to stop you in your tracks one way or the other. Whether it's by making a mistake that result in injury, whether it's getting an illness or a sickness, something that takes you a dis ease, because you're pushing through when you should be resting. So what's going on? Why are we feeling this? Now, in Australia, we've got a referendum where people are voting this weekend. And like in an election, there's a certain uncertainty that goes with those moments. There's always a downturn in spending, there's usually a downturn and a holiday areas leading up to the uncertainty of an election. And a referendum in this case is no different. It creates confusion, because some people aren't sure which way to vote. Others are unsure where other people are voting a certain way. It creates frustration, particularly the word of the referendum we have in Australia at the moment around our indigenous people, it creates frustration because people have got extreme ideas one way or the other. And then other people who are somewhere in the middle who are getting pulled in different all different directions. Everyone's got an opinion, everyone's got a thought. And it causes more frustration, more confusion, and increases this weary energy that we're all experiencing. And if you're the sort of person that's impacted by other people's energy, then you're going around grabbing on to all of his energy and you're wearing not only other your own weariness, but other people's as well. So making sure, again, that you rest that you detach from other people's energy come back to just focusing on your own really important and the other energy that it's created as a level of conflict where People are wanting to be really forthright with their opinions and what they're version of the truth. Further adding to more of the uncertainty, more of the frustration, more of that confusion, and it's not helpful, more of that weariness. So it comes back to you stepping more in to your responsibility for you. That's how you're going to create a change through this. By not buying in, not buying into how other people are feeling, not buying into other people's opinions, not buying into other people's frustration or other people's confusion, come back to what you know for certain about your life, independent of all of these issues going on externally, but your own certainty, your own foundation, your own balance, your own grounding. Foundation, then, you can navigate these moments in a much more in a state of ease, much more effortless, effortless fashion. If this is something that you know, you need, you need that ability to have that self responsibility, you need to be able to respond based on your agenda, what you want, then come and join me on my start now training. If it's something you know, you need, and you want to be able to shift out of this weird energy that might be appearing now. But also, maybe a pattern that shows up from time to time feels a little bit like burnout, then this training is going to help you create a shift that's going to have you seen the world completely differently.
