I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

action brings motivation and removes anxiety, you know that one? But then also had the thought. So why can I take action? Why am I feeling stuck? Why am I not being able to actually take the action? I know, give me the more motivation and and remove my anxiety. There's a number of things that will be playing out. And there's no simple answer. I want to share with you though some of the common things. And one of those is not enough structure. Think about a school environment when you knew exactly where you need to be. You knew exactly what time each thing was on. And everything had instructions in the workplace. Generally the same thing about the time when you get the best results. For me, I'm big on time deadlines. So if I've got a deadline, I go hard and I get that done. And I take action and then like, like I said at the start that motivation comes straight after that. And the anxiety goes since about finding what works for you in terms of that structure, that having some clear steps in place, breaking it down into smaller chunks is scheduling. Whatever you need it is you need to get done. Is it having someone to hold you accountable to get it done. Whatever it is, having that structure in place is going to allow you to take action, you will take action with the right structure for you. Without a doubt. There's another thing that comes into play. And that's you're out of balance. You're either working too hard, or partying too hard, or not exercising enough, or you aren't feeling mentally strong enough because you always on you're always thinking about what needs to be done. You're always being there, everything to everyone else. So they're making sure everyone else is okay. Thinking about your work or your business or whatever else it is just constantly on the go and try and take time off and your brain is still ticking away thinking about what you need to get done. Balance also comes when you reduce the overwhelm when you have lots of things that need to be done. Getting a plan in place, getting it all out of your head, brain dumping, journaling. Getting certainty and clarity is going to take away so much of that confusion and overwhelm and bring you back to more balance. Of course your physical health. What are you fueling yourself with? What are you putting into your body? That's gonna have you feeling in the right space to take action. And what are you putting in the lead to probably have less of or not at all?

Can you regulate your emotions? Does your nervous system need a rest? Is there something going on for you that's causing your nervous system nervous system to be in constant battle to try and find that balance? Is there a certain issue that needs addressing that keeps playing out the background? For example, one of my clients actually has a couple of them have done this. Try and launch your business things not happening but for the helping them get their nervous system back in place. They've chosen to go back to a job so they can have the resources to be able to come back to balance and then continue to move their business So long, whatever works for you. But your nervous system needs to have a rest and it needs to have a break and or whatever is causing you to be emotionally all over the place needs addressing. And of course, a simple plan is such an important part of allowing you to take action comes uncertainty piece that I talked about before. When you learn what you need to do, when you know when you need to have it done by who you need to have it done for, and why. When that plan is in place, everything else becomes so much easier. So if you're knowing that you need to take action, and you're knowing that when you do take action that the motivation follows and the anxiety falls away, and the stress falls away, but you're not finding that you're able to take the action. Have a look at these three areas that I mentioned. You need structure, or more of a more detailed structure, you need to have an inner balance happening. And you need more of a plan. Choose one of this array. Choose one element for that one that you've chosen in a smaller chunk and it's make a stop there and then do something else. There might be some other thing you got to get yourself overwhelmed with just choose one thing. And then when you've seen the impact of that, then choose another and keep choosing them and you'll find the action will start coming and you'll be more motivated than you could have possibly imagined.
