I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it. When there's an area of your life that you want to improve, one of the biggest problems is there's so much conflicting information out there. If you take healthier eating, for example, you can search in Google search as one of your social media accounts. Generally when you start talking about it, sometimes even when you think about it, those things seem to pop up in your feed or up, it's a little bit disconcerting, sometimes how accurate their knowledge of what's going on in their head is. But when you're you're not clear exactly what it is you are looking for, then you get so much conflicting information. And they're all saying they're right, the other people are wrong. So how do you navigate that? How do you make sense of this at a time in human history where there's never been so much information? I think I read something along the lines of the the amount of new information that comes out every day is the equivalent of how much information there was full stop 100 years ago. So this, this is what we're facing when we want to improve an area. It always comes back to clarity. If he, you've heard me talk a number of times how the unconscious brain will find what it is that you're after. And when you're not 100% clear on what that is, you will get not 100% clear results. So the more vague, you are more vague the results, the more vague feedback you will get. And sometimes you go, Oh, this is perfect. It's just what I've been looking for. And then you dig a bit deeper, and you're like, it's missing some things. And that's fine. What you're being shown there is your unconscious has found what you've asked for, but you weren't specific enough in that particular area. So how do we get more clarity around what it is we're looking for? Let's take the healthy eating, for example. So when I was starting out, I had some really clear needs around my digestion and what wasn't working with energy. So I was like, I want to have energy at this time of day. I want to be able to have my body feeling free. I want to have different pain going away all these different things was really specific. And I started to find solutions. And so I tried some of them out some of them work, some of them didn't. And then it's like, okay, great. Now that's been addressed. What's the next thing that says like peeling back the layers of the onion. But what was clear is the amount of solutions that showed up, as if by magic, the clearer I got, because my unconscious brain had a clear focus to how works is as a part of your brain. That actually dismisses all the other feedback that your brain is given and focuses in on the subject. You've given it to magic Rob. But our brain is very trainable, shall we say? And a lot of this is happening at that unconscious level. So the more clarity we can give her unconscious the better. You will literally hear a conversation that you wouldn't have heard is going on maybe if you're out somewhere just a word will catch your attention your ear and you go Are they talking about that? How funny I was just thinking about it that I and there's a conversation. The reality is these conversations have been going on the whole time but now the focus is there so your unconscious filtering out the junk and giving you what it is your boss So the moment, you might not even be clear about the thing that's most important for you to be able to change, you might not even be clear on where you're at. So, when you're wanting to improve every area of your life when there's different times where self doubt shows up, and there's different times where so many different areas of your life, you're feeling like you're not doing a good enough job, what you should be better in need to be better. How do you know where to start? And start with clarity? What's the most important? Sometimes when I have a coaching client? Start their session? They're like, why is there any specific you want to work on today? And they're sometimes like, No, not really. So okay, we'll start with what's good, what's good. We go from there. And it's like, okay, well, what if you could change one thing at the moment? They'd be better, what would it be? And then we go from there. So these are all questions that you can ask yourself, focusing on the good allows you to go okay, that narrow, you want to get better, but also allows you to look at the contrast or maybe what's not going so well. And then if you can ask that magic question, right? What if you could change one thing, what would it be? Now, that one thing might be a bigger picture thing, and you might not be able to change it all at once. But you can certainly break that down into smaller chunks and start where you need to start. So start with, like I said, clarity, because the clarity, and the certainty will help you to be able to navigate. whatever situation you're going through with a certainty that you didn't think, was possible. Because at the moment, the lack of clarity creates a whole lot of other problems, overwhelm distraction, confusion, exhaustion, stress, sometimes, when you get stuck in this loop, that seems never ending and you have little ups, and you go do something that gives you a bit of an up, but then you go down. And it's like, man, it's like, one step forward, two steps back. We want to change that, because you still have the setbacks. But you want to look at that, like two steps forward, one step back, or maybe just leave it all, like a fraction of a step back, and be able to keep moving forward. And that starts with clarity. Now, next week, I'm running my own new training. And it's called Clarity. And the tagline, mental health, mental health, mental strength starts here. It starts with clarity. The more clarity you have, the stronger, you'll be able to be, in your mind, in your thinking, your mindset. If you're like me, two things are important one, structure and to accountability. If you're at that point where you're not really sure what either of those two things are for you, then this training is going to give you those two, it's going to be a structure to help you get clarity, there's going to be built in accountability. So you can make sure you get it done. I'll drop the link below this video. I'd love to see you there. It's going to be really short and sharp. The feedback I've been getting from people from my recent trainings is this, it's still quite a bit. So I've already recorded these videos. They're literally three minutes long. I think the longest one might be four minutes, one of them goes for less than three minutes. Three videos. That's it. Three steps to finding that clarity to start moving forward. And the important part is, is like I said, it's going to be that built in accountability, so you're able to have the strategies and the structure to be able to make it all happen.
