I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.
So you've heard me talk before about being able to get really clear on what it is you want in your life, and how that clarity allows your unconscious mind. To find it, you might have heard me talk at a more spiritual level about the vibration that we have. We are vibrational beings and how like attracts like vibration attracts like vibration. And like a tuning fork, for example. Now whichever way you come at it, whichever angle you look at it, it works. But you can also allow things to come in faster. And how do we do that? Well, we remove the resistance because resistance keeps us stuck. Resistance keeps us in a place of trying to force things of trying to push. And it keeps us in a state of not doing what we need to do. And an energy of almost neediness and desperation. And that comes out in our behavior. It comes out in the conversations we have. And it's like a repellent of what you really want. So how do we change that it's all well and good to say, we'll just step out of the resistance and allow it to happen. Well, the best way to do it is getting out ahead of it. What do I mean by getting out ahead of it, or getting out ahead of it is not focusing on what you want next. But what's beyond that. Because you think about it, the moment that what you wanted manifests, you'll now thinking about the thing that came and you're not focused on what's next after that. And so it slows the whole momentum process. Now. I like to apply it to something like a sporting event or something you're working towards. So running. So when I was running, regular fun runs. And of course the last three years have kind of put a stop to a whole lot of that. But we're getting back into that now. But when I was doing that regularly, what I found was when I had the next event booked in once I'd done a run and completed it, I'll rest. But I knew I had the next event coming. So I'd get myself back into the groove of things pretty quickly. When I didn't have something else booked in, or I didn't have the next event booked in. I'd rest I'd read some more. And then it would then take me rather than maybe a week or two to get back in or it would take me like 678 weeks. Then I go man, I bet a book into another run and then then I'd try and get back momentum. Wrestle back momentum. Because it's once you've got it, it's easy to keep but once you lose it, man, it's it can be hard to getting out ahead of it. What what are you working towards at the moment? What's the big goal? What's the big thing you're taking off? But do you know what's beyond that? What's the expansion of that? What's the amplification of that? When you focus there, what you're wanting at the current moment you keep working towards because it's there, it's always there. You're not gonna be caught worrying about it, you're going to be looking at this next beat better thing. The improved version, the expansion, maybe a project that can only be possible once this current one is completed. And that's where excitement comes. And then if you get out further ahead of that what's beyond that? Your whole thought process and unconscious. Thinking starts working towards the thing in advance, while just almost like automatically going after what it is that's coming to you now
It speeds up the process of the thing that you're you're working on now and allows it to come into you because your whole being is heading in the right direction. It's not getting caught in why it won't work and all the dramas and all the how and all the why nots and, and all of those different thoughts that get you stuck and get you trapped and cause a resistance that stops you having those things. Instead, it allows you to be in a space of presence of just allowing it to unfold while you're focusing on the thing beyond it. So try it out, get out ahead of it and watch what you want in your world start coming to you much much faster.
