Appearing to have led a fortunate life, he has at various times in his life fought demons. Based on these experiences during critical years of his life, he is aware of the pitfalls men face and how this can lead to feelings of loss, disillusion, unfulfillment, hopelessness, and depression. 


Life Again guides men through this pathway, grabbing hold of them before they slide into depression, inspiring them to change their lives and health to be the best they can be!
