I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

B is the impact of that unresolved stuff from your past that still play on your system is that overwhelming negative voice in your head that nothing seems to drown out. And the only way you can truly feel free to free up your future to unlock your future is to be able to quiet and that noise. Now, doesn't mean we switch off the thinking we switch off the noise out out he is there to serve us but not to be our master. Yo is the servant, not the master their highest self, our intuitive side. That's the master to free up our thinking. Not that negative voice. That to do that. It takes courage. It takes courage to stare down your past and be able to make peace with it. As I've said before on here. Often you worry about what it will be because you think well what's caused this thinking, Why do I have these crazy thoughts? What must have happened to me. And I want to remind you that firstly, it's not your fault. But also it's These are patterns that have just been there for a lifetime, moments of loss in significant moments. It's not to downplay that there won't be bigger moments for some of you, that you're all too aware of. Mostly, you're aware of those. But it's those unknown ones that are generally minor things which tend to create the patterns that play out the most. They repeat, and they repeat and repeat. And they're hardwired from a very young age. To be able to stare down that and to rewrite your story takes courage. But it's also where you'll find the freedom. And you'll be able to change your life. For the better and everyone around us life will change for the better as well.

So when fear shows up, when the negative voice shows up, when there's something in your head that just doesn't feel right. It's ability to be curious, and be open to like I said, staring it down facing those things that trigger an emotional response from you. Be open to exploring those things that fill you with fear or dread or angst that make you cringe. Or man and I used to cringe about things I've done in the past, just continually. And just think back. And just yeah, have that body reaction of why do I do that? Why did I react that way? The embarrassment, the, the mistakes. You don't have to feel those things anymore. You don't have to keep looking back at the same moments again and again and again. You can change and the voice will quiet. And like I said then you can shift from being the master to allowing that voice to be the servant, the ego to be the servant. And you can control it. You can find self control. You can be self directive. And then you can break free of that cage that you created for yourself. A cage made of your thoughts and you can transform your thoughts to ones of positivity once for all the suspension of consistency, of progress of belief, that unstoppable belief in yourself to back yourself to release that pressure Are you a quick to number times

to find a place where you are understood and that only comes when you face those moments, stare them down externalise what's going on. And address whatever is playing out for you now. Change the pattern bringing the Circuit Breaker, breaker and take back control of your life once and for all. I hope you enjoyed this episode of The Grief Code podcast.
