I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Your body keeps score. Every moment of grief that you've experienced, sits in your body until you're able to process some of the grief that you have experienced, you know about, it's clear, it's obvious. And you can identify with it. Generally, we work through that grief over time, with support, because it's quite known. But when the grief is unknown, or not significant in terms of your thinking process. Not significant enough that you're even conscious of it. Then that grief sits in your body and your body keeps score. For me, when my dad passed away, it was all of that that came to the surface that I wasn't even aware of. All of the smaller moments, the the seemingly insignificant moments of life from the moment were conceived all the way through until the present moment where something's happened that's had us feeling a sense of loss. And it shows up in the body as physical symptoms. And each symptom is sending you a different message. From the physical pain like carrying tension, perhaps in your shoulders. Maybe there's some weakness in different areas. But you got a tightness in different places in your back. ankle joints, knee joints, lack of flexibility in your neck. All sorts of different things. The body also talks to you through dreams. It's the subconscious part of you passing on messages about the grief that sitting there. He might get feelings like a sinking feeling in your stomach or the solar plexus area. He might have chronic pain, chronic illness. Other things that tend to repeat where you get sick at certain times of year. You might have something go in your chest area, maybe your hearts feeling like it's skipping a beat or playing tricks with you. He might have a persistent or random cough or sore throat. And again might be one of those things repeats for you. lightheadedness, dizzy spells. Ringing in the ears, headache, brain fog. Classic for me, that still plays tricks in the Times seeing objects out of the corner of my eye Athena is something that I need to find out there's nothing a sure sign that something's going on. Now, it could be a number of those things, or just one or two or any part of you says ah they just different illnesses and injuries you get. Yeah, when the body is out of balance out of alignment, there is dis ease in the body. And this is when the body is able to pass on messages to you that something's not quite right. And when it's persistent, and then even maybe a doctor or some other form of

health practitioners said you will, it should be better by now. It's because you haven't cleared the grief, you haven't rehabbed what's going on. Now for each of these different things that play out in your body, the body's telling you a different message, depending on what it is, from the basic to, when you've got shoulder pain, it's like you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders to something maybe a little bit deeper, which is that ringing in the ears, which is basically, your unconscious mind is trying to bring certain information to your attention, that's going to help you solve a problem.

And with each of these different physical symptoms, there's also common behavior patterns that show up as well. Maybe you second guessing yourself, maybe you got an overactive mind, that's you're unable to slow down. Maybe there's times where you blame yourself repeatedly.

You might have other blocks around not getting the credit you deserve. Maybe there's some anxiety that pops up out of nowhere random sadness, or emotional outbursts that you really wish that you didn't have. All of these things are frustrating. But when you've got a clearer idea about what each of them means, then you're able to do something about it. And that's why I created the Grief Code framework. Because all of those things that I've mentioned, I've experienced, and they've created concern for me. Physical pain, mental confusion, emotional anguish, worrying unnecessarily. Until that I learned that it's instead listening to my body and find out what it needs. Now, that doesn't mean that I don't still get medical attention, if I feel that it's needed. I'm not hiding away from what's going on. Because that's just as dangerous, right? If there's something that you feel is serious, then absolutely get yourself checked out. What often happens with these things is like They either can't give you a direct answer. And sometimes the pain returns or the symptom returns. And it becomes just a repeated pattern. So frustrated. Again, I've been there when just think about the when my heart was doing crazy stuff. And I like getting on the the heart monitor for 24 hours, come back with nothing. Now part of me instinctively knew that was going to be the case, because it already started learning about the impact of other people's energy and it was showing up like an anxious feeling in my chest. And turns out that a lot of what was going on there was related to other people's stuff in my life, but also how I was reacting to that.

So for each of these different elements, I've created this framework. So that you've got It's a framework, a building block, not the whole piece of the puzzle, because that'll be unique for you. But the framework allows you certainty in the direction to head so that you know you're taking exactly the right steps for you. To get you where you need to go. So that you can not only fully physically free but have that freedom mentally, emotionally, spiritually to live life on your terms, which is what we all want

and then you can come to that point where people are able to truly understand you. You're able to realize that you can provide all of the security for yourself and for your family, so that you can be the provider, the protector. You can have courage you can back yourself to go after what it is you truly want in life and no longer feel that you're not good enough to do that it's now available. If you go to the Ian Hawkins coaching.com forward slash The Grief Code, you'll be able to download this framework. And it'll have everything in there that you need to release all of these different symptoms that are holding you back.
