Welcome. I'm a Ian Hawkins, the host and founder of The Grief Code podcast. Together, let's heal your unresolved or unknown grief by unlocking your grief code. As you tune into each episode, you will receive insight into your own grief, how to eliminate it, and what to do next. Before we start by one request, if any new insights or awareness land with you during this episode, please send me an email at info at the and Hawkins coaching.com. And let me know what you found. I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

You know those days where you've got heaps to do, and you just can't seem to get going. You find every way to avoid what you shouldn't be doing. Get distracted. And then you find yourself in that place of procrastination. And you start asking, while you're saying to yourself, here we go again. Why does this keep happening? Why do I keep getting myself stuck in this place, where I just can't seem to move forward. And you end up exasperated, and then you feel sorry for yourself, you blame yourself, you beat yourself up and the need to sink in sink into a lower state. And you end up stuck. Because now it's like you can't move forward at all? frustrating, so frustrating. And you just wonder why some weeks everything can just flow really nicely. And then other times you just can't seem to get out of first year. You know you're capable of high performance. But why is it so inconsistent? You also know there are certain things that work, like having a process, planning, exercise, all of those things get you going. But why is it sometimes when you implement all of those things, you still have these moments of distraction and procrastination. Why is it sometimes you can't even find the commitment to go through your process to exercise and you have this inconsistency. Or there's different times where maybe an injury yet another way or certain pain that stops you doing the exercise or somebody else playing out where you can't find the mental clarity to get into your process. So what if you could actually find a way to snap out of that quickly to stop feeling that way, and actually get that forward momentum, that drive and discipline to make that happen every single week. This is something that I've been taking my clients through recently. And it's even passed the greatest test. So I took my wife through this training. And not only was she able to release some physical pain that she had been experiencing, but finding that forward momentum and that and that impetus forward momentum in what she wanted to get done. And this is the angular repair training that I'll be putting out shortly. But it's more than just that I'll be releasing the Grief Code framework, which will explain to you what's going on for you, and all of those other different patterns of behavior and different feelings in your body that might be showing up. And it'll explain to you what's going on for you and how to make changes around some of those patterns. Because you know, you're capable of more, you know, you're capable of better results. And, you know, on the other side of removing the procrastination, of removing the avoidance, you're gonna get some incredible results. So if this is something that you know, is calling you, and you want to have that daily drive discipline, and the courage to go and do all that you want to do, then let me know, send me a message. And I'll have you on the list to receive it straightaway, just in the final little parts of creation. So it's getting all the fancy stuff done and make it look good. And it will be ready very soon.

So to be on that list to get it first let me know and send me a message or an email. And I'll make sure you get it first and you can see the back of procrastination. You may have heard many different tools and tricks on how to move through procrastination and this is what's going on for you. And that's what's going on for you. But this suppressed emotion, particularly anger, particularly some of that anger that might not even be that significant. That's slowly dragging you down. It's like when you don't do exercise for a long period of time. You don't notice after a few days a week or sometimes even months, but then suddenly, oh, well, how do I get to here? How do I get so unfit? How do I get to carrying this much weight, or whatever it is? On the other side of that, is that forward momentum? So let me know. And I'll hook you up. Speak to you soon.
