I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Been gathering some testimonials from from current and recent clients lately. And a recurring theme has been the positive impact that journaling has had on their life since I've made it a regular habit that absolutely game changer for me early days of my growth journey. It's like it's a foundational tool. Guys like Jim Rohn. Robin Sharma, they all advocate this concept of journaling. And they also reference people from history who, who are avid journalists and created so much of their success through this process. For me, there were times where I would get to the end of a week and feel like I was so unsatisfied with what I'd got done, and felt so inadequate about what I've been able to achieve the power of journaling unlocked just how much I was getting done, how many positive things I was completing, and allowed me the momentum to do more. It also allowed me to have clarity on where I was at and where I was heading. Another really powerful impact it had for me, was a self awareness piece, and an ability to change habits. So I would catch myself through the day, when there were certain behaviors that that I wasn't liking. If I wasn't being productive enough, if I was getting distracted, if I was avoiding things, recall that in my daily journal, and then set an intention to be better the next day. And there's something about the power of the written word when we get it down with is it creates a strong desire to want things to be better next time. When we record our wins, what's gone? Well, there's a strong desire to have more to add to the journal the next day. It's self accountability at its absolute best. And it's amazing how when we give our unconscious clear directive, how it will be very much driven by that. So I went from someone in corporate who was going nowhere, and really struggling to get action to having the best weeks. And at the end of the day, I'd go okay, how was my day, and in the past and what had gone, oh, wow, I was busy, but I never got anything done. Whereas then I was starting to realize no, I was actually being quite productive. And I was ticking two big boxes, get to the end of the week. And I'd go back through my daily journey journal, see what I'd done well, and at the end of a week that maybe I thought wasn't fantastic. I'd smile and go, Wow, I actually got some pretty cool things done this week, made me really realize how much strength I was bringing to the table. And more than I was giving myself credit. It's like, if you're playing golf, and you play four great shots on a par five, and then you've got your easy part of a PA suddenly happens, you missed the part and you walked to the next hole not focusing on the forward shots. But on that one part. And then you go through around. And again, if you look at a graph of all of your shots, there's going to be a pretty high percentage that you're happy with that but there's going to be a main focus on the small percentage that didn't go well. Now think about how often that happens for you during the day. When you're working on any sort of project, whether it's sports, personal,

business, work, whatever it is, and how often you get caught focusing on the smaller things, the things that didn't go well, instead of turning your attention to what was good. So the journaling process gives you that clarity The it gives you that power helps you get that impetus forward, it helps you realize that you are backing yourself and you can back yourself more and helps you overcome those feelings, those feelings of inadequacy that Sharpe and all those different areas of your life. And it also allows you to catch yourself out where things aren't going well and make self improvement, absolute game changer. Now reference to guys before Jim Rohn and Robin Sharma, I took their structures, made a bit of a hybrid, added a few bits and pieces and made them that structure my own. And it's something that I still use today. Now, every day, I don't follow it to exactly, but I have that structure. And that's like answering the questions makes the process really easy. Then you can do what Robin Sharma said, which is like, answer those questions. So that structure within like one or two words or a phrase, or like Jim Rohn talks about like actually writing everything out of your head. Now I like to come somewhere in between, because I don't like massive amounts of writing. But I also want it to be bit more meaningful than just a few words and phrases here and there. Either way, whichever way you decide to go, just know how powerful it is. Start your journal processing today. If you'd like me to share that structure, then let me know I'm more than happy to send it to you. And as always, let me know the impact and yeah, because when when you make that a habit, then it becomes part of your everyday. This is the work right, building more of these foundational strategies and tactics into your day. So that you can continue to increase your foundation and increase your level of competency and all there is your life to go and be what you need to be so you can do all the things you want to do so you can have everything in your life that you desire. Message me if you want that journaling process and I'll send it directly to you. Enjoy your day. I'll speak to you soon.
