I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it

more you focus on restrictions on drama. And on reasons why not, you will invite more of that into your life, your brain is constantly looking for what you've asked it to focus on. So a focus in these areas will keep you perpetually stuck in a loop of negativity, lack, and worry, you will keep thinking of these things you will keep focusing in this area, your brain will keep looking for feedback to support what you've asked for. But one of the fastest ways to shift this. To shift from lack to value is by pausing to appreciate all that's good in your life. Now, even when things aren't going great, you can always find something to be appreciative of. I remember learning the journaling process from Robin Sharma. And he was talking about having something wonderful that you see every day to print your journal actually could have been Jim Rohn, I took my journaling from both of those guys, Jim Rohn and Robin Sharma. Either way, it was at the end of each day record, what was the one thing wonderful, what was the something wonderful. And it's amazing, when you have that commitment to write that every day, you have a strong desire to find another one the next day, and a better one the next day. So your perpetual loop is one of trying to find something wonderful in your day. subtle but powerful shift. And then as the word suggests, appreciation from a monetary perspective means increase. So even in those tough days, you can shift your mood in an instant. Appreciation literally means increase. So start focusing on what is good. And every day, acknowledging what's good, every half hour every hour, focus on that appreciation on increase. And you'll hear me talk about this a lot because you need to be reminded, because he's still going to have those up and down times. That's a given the ability to regulate yourself to get yourself back in a positive mood to be able to shift into a state that's going to be beneficial for you moving forward. And to get you out of whatever funk you're in this appreciation tools massive. a month or two back I was talking about the subtle shift from gratitude to appreciation to this is an extension and a reminder. When you focus on the drama, and what's not good, or an appreciation for all that is good. And the commitment to that every day will have you finding more and more to be appreciative for and you're inviting more and more increase into your everyday and of course into your future. Now this doesn't guarantee that there won't still be challenges that come up. What it does, it gives you another tool for your tool belt to use when things aren't going so great to shift your mood, get yourself back into a space of increase of growth. And enjoy.
