I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

The vast majority of my clients, business owners or have an entrepreneurial spirit, so maybe their CEOs, their leaders, maybe they have a potential business in their mind for the future. And what we can learn from them is they know how important it is to improve themselves. If they're a business owner, they're very future depends on them. There staff, their team, their family, it's crucial that they continue to be the best that they can and continue to improve, continue to adapt, continue to find new ways your business has taught us anything is the businesses that don't adapt and change with the times. Well, they don't succeed. In fact, they might disappear. You look at the Kodak's of the world, although they are making a fight back at the moment. They disappeared for a long time Nokia. They do they come to mind at the moment. But I'm sure you can think of many more businesses that they didn't adapt, oh, Blockbuster, they had a chance to buy Netflix in the very early days. But they said I won't make it streaming won't make it. They didn't they didn't see the trends, they didn't change, they didn't adapt. And now they're no longer. And so if you're looking at from a perspective of you're wanting to be the best you can, and you want to create that security for your family, for the most important people in your world, and for yourself, well then learning from business owners who prioritize their own growth, their own improvement, their only ability to increase their abilities, their knowledge, their wisdom, and their ability to back themselves. No matter what circumstances you are in, then you can take so much from that. Now, when I was at high school, the motto of the school was Know thyself. We used to make lots of jokes about it, but didn't really understand it, even if I didn't take the time to think about it. You think about a business owner though. And that entrepreneurial mindset is that it's crucial that they know themselves. They have to prioritize, making sure that they know they're going to be able to get through whatever's coming. They need to have the ability to deal with the most important person in their business, which is themselves. And it's a business can be an absolute roller coaster. Ups and downs at life can be as well. In business, they simply come thick and fast. And again, because there's so much riding on the owner, or the CEO or the leaders in there's a real dependency then there. So it's crucial to have those abilities to to know who you are, know how you operate at your best. Know how you're going to add the most value or the most strength to a situation and then be able to be able to adapt to the different situations in life. And those that don't adapt. We don't see them anymore. So if you're thinking yourself, how can I bring more of this to my world? What's often the best place to start is with yourself. What do I still not know about myself? You could ask yourself, what is it that I need to know to improve in this area? Where am I stuck? What is it actually want from all of this? And then building a plan to make it happen? Relying on a team be able to articulate who you are, what you do,

how you can be of value, what your strengths are. And then when you can identify what's good, how can you improve them, and then you can identify the areas where you're stuck. Take action towards changing, whatever you've got, you're stuck, then there's no limit to your possibilities. So wherever you are now, and you whenever you get in those situations where perhaps doesn't feel like things are going well see if you can adopt that entrepreneurial mindset that, okay, well, it's up to me here. I'm going to make this happen. What can I improve about myself? What do I need to change? What do I need to be able to shift in my behavior in my thinking, in my ability, so that I can be the best for myself and for the most important people in my life.
