I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.
Know when you grow up in a household, it's full of chaos. Well, it's full of control in the pattern that gets created within you is that you then create the same circumstances in your life in the future, to feel comfortable. Seems seems wrong, right. But that's what happens is that it becomes so part of our life that it becomes comfortable. And what becomes so comfortable that we keep trying to create recreate it. So you might know those people that seem to be always having dramas always in chaos, it may be you as well. It may be different parts of your life where you're like, Oh man, why does this keep happening. And it's a subconscious pattern unconscious pattern that keeps repeating to have you feel comfortable. Your brain likes the idea of feeling comfortable, so it repeats it. Now this might be playing out plans so many different ways for you. But ultimately, it's having a think about what are those repeated patterns. Where is life chaotic, whereas life full of either trying to control situations or being controlled in situations that just doesn't serve you. Make a conscious effort to identify what they are. And then decide how you want life to be. So when you create a set of goals for your life, or a future vision, or even just committing to how you want life to be create an A unconscious shift and unconscious change, because at least now your brain knows what it's searching for. Up until now, it's just been searching for more of the same more of the comfort. So identify where these things are playing out. Just have a think about your day to day week and have a think about when you're experienced these moments of chaos. Like you might have gotten a fight with somebody in your family for no reason, then wonder where did that come from? What Why did they even say that? Why did they say that? Why is this happening? Take some time to pause. And then have a think about what you would like your life to be like, we spend too much time stuck in the things that we don't like, and trying to make sense of all the drama and not enough time focusing on what what it is that we want. And you know, it's a choice, right? You are allowed to choose, you can decide that you want your life to be good. I hear people make those comments like oh, yeah, but other people have got it worse off than me. And that's just an avoidance tactic. And you're doing yourself a disservice. You're either looking at your life and thinking well, maybe I'm going a bit better than I am or you're looking at your life thinking maybe it's not that there were maybe there are some things that you want to address. So it's okay to choose. It's important that you choose. And it's necessary if you want to change your life, and be able to leave a legacy for your children for future generations, that you actually commit to what you want your life to be like. Stop there, take pen to paper, stream of consciousness to start writing the sort of things that you'd like to have in your life. How often you doing that. If you're doing it often, go back to those lists, refine them, see what's shown up, improve them. Remember one of my clients saying that to do that task. They actually got it got them said loves a nice new book, some new pens and they went down to the river and sat there in a nice tranquil setting and started writing in a you know, in a really positive and calm space. The love that I don't need really need to drive to a river here at are in Sydney because there's these creeks and rivers running through the sides of our house and on the roads everywhere at the moment. But you get my point, finding a nice a place that's going to be a good environment, that's going to actually get you in the right state of mind to be able to write what it is that you want. It's amazing what shows up when you start getting this stuff down and committee, either to paper or typing it up or doing a vision board or whatever it is. For some of you this might sound really basic, but how often are you doing it? And are you committed to doing it and reviewing and reselling it and upgrading it. Really powerful tools. As always, I'd love to hear if you've already done these sort of steps in what you've been able to manifest or any questions that you might have around any of these steps. If you need more specific details, we'd love to hear from you.
