Before we start by one request, if any new insights or awareness land with you during this episode, please send me an email at info at the Ian Hawkins coaching.com. And let me know what you found. I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

When you do any exercise, and you're learning from a professional, or there's been my own experience anyway, that's making sure you bring in these big breaths. And there's been talking, you know, use your nose and all these different ways of, of breathing correctly and exercise. Now, for me personally, that's never worked. All I know is breathing. And the fact that I've smashed up my nose pretty badly over the years may have something to do with it and a physical inability to breathe through one of my nostrils altogether and a bit of a battle for the other one. But also just in terms of what works best and, but not a lot of running lately. And a lot of thinking while I run it's great time to process I'm sure I've shared that with you before in a previous episode. But one of the things well, there's a few things that I've realized is one is that needing to be able to trust my lungs and trust my body. And I'll get into that into in another episode. But also the best way to breathe, and how much that actually falls into line with other ways of living. Because the way I found the best way to breathe is if I breathe out consistently, smoothly and fully, then I always get the breath in. If I'm trying to get the breath in first, then I struggle with my breathing and I don't I don't run as smoothly, but I breathe out. So letting go first. He that concept of when you create a vacuum, it has to be filled from anything from the scientific explanation to that to the law of attraction when people say if you if you want a new wardrobe, then get rid of everything from your old wardrobe, your creative vacuum, and suddenly new clothes will be showing up for you. That's a good one. Actually, by the way, you should try it, throw some stuff out and see what you get to replace it. But it definitely works. And it works in other areas of life as well. It's like we have to before we can bring more into our space before we can be more we have to let go of what has been there, we have to breathe out. We have to let go of the crap that we're holding on to. So within us within our system physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, we need to let go, we need to breathe out all the stuff that no longer serves us to create a vacuum, to allow space for change to invite more into our world to bring in more of the possibilities, the endless, endless possibilities of opportunity that are available to you. So start with what is it? What's the end goal? It's so much information about goals and vision, all these different things, but ultimately having something a flag that you're working towards having an arbitrary point in the future to work towards. It's not there because of necessarily reaching that goal, but who you need to become to get towards that goal to work towards that goal. So you start there, then what do I need to change? What do I need to let go of what do I need to breathe out? So I can allow space for whatever I want to come in. To be able to achieve that goal. What resources do I need? What baggage do I need to let go of what chains Am I holding on to a holding me back? That might be past thoughts, past experiences that continue to roll over in your head. It could be certain people in your life that you know are having a would impact on you know, having a positive influence on you, and yet you keep going back. It could be the different negative reactions you have in different situations could be an element of your health that you know needs addressing, and you're not addressing it. So what is it that you need to breathe out? Are you trying to bring in more before you've made space for it? Start with where you want to get to what needs to go and then be open to receiving, what you're able to breathe in what opportunities come? What solutions will find you once you've created that space.
