I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.
Did you know that everyone wants you to win? Everyone wants you to succeed? Everyone wants you to be the best version of you that you can be. And you'll how often do you get stuck thinking about what other people might be thinking about you how they might be judging you how they might be death writing you or somehow celebrating when things don't go well. Maybe you don't even believe that to be true. And maybe you think that there are other people out there that do what the worst for you. But I'm here to tell you that they don't. Different behaviours may show up from them, because of their unhealed part of them that's shining through that feels uncomfortable somehow, with you making progress, your success. That's purely a projection of what they're feeling, not what they really feel for you in their heart. Or related this way. I was taking a client threw a session this week. And they wanted to get more into that space of being able to talk confidently in front of a group. And I reminded them of something that I learned some time back, which is when you are public speaking, every single person in that audience is willing you to win. That I want to see you stumble that I want to see your struggle. Interestingly, for the same reason that perhaps you feel like people don't want you to win is because of how that will make them feel. If you do struggle, it'll make them feel uncomfortable. Potentially. Ultimately, though, as humans, we want to see other people succeed. We want to see the best in people. So if you look at your own journey, and then you think about I want to take on something else I want to change I want to grow. And yet there might be part of you that's worried about what will people think if they find out I'm doing this, what will people think if I do this, if I take a risk, and it doesn't work out
they are wanting the best for you. Anything that's showing up that's contrary to that, like I said before, is purely a projection of part of them that needs healing. What they really want for you is success, what they really want for you is is for you to win. And what they really want is for them to do the same. So go out there be the best that you can continue to peel back the layers, continue to release, continue to strive and drive to be better, to have more discipline, more focus, more impact, more success, whatever it is you want in your life. Keep going. I honour you for being someone who that's important to them. Because there's something special about that year that means you listen to podcasts like this means that you are looking for ways to improve all the time. And maybe people don't tell this, tell you this. Maybe they didn't say these sort of things to you. But you're doing amazing. You're making great progress. And you have such incredible all qualities that may you deserving of every success that comes to you in the future.
