I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

More industry hear people arguing over the best way of doing things. And some are very much stuck in the logical way of looking at things and others very much going you have to trust your intuition. And it's all about the intuition. also happens when people are arguing, world affairs and particularly the events of the last four years about what's true and what's not. And some coming from logic, some coming from intuition. And rarely do the paths or the eyes meet. The answer really is a blend of the two. The logic part of our brain is that a central part of our thinking process, why would we dismiss it? And the intuitive part of us is the central part of the thinking process. So why would we dismiss it. But when you can blend the two, when you can bring both together in harmony. That's where the real magic happens. That's where your absolute best performances will shine through. Because there's that innate part of you that knows beyond any shadow of a doubt, the right steps or the right truth at any given moment. And then, by using the logic part of your brain, the EEO the servant. You can use that amazing supercomputer in your head, and your heart and your gut. To be able to process the information and make sense of it. That's where you will consistently hit best performances, best results. And you'll have people admiring how easily you seem to be able to processing how clearly you see the world. how positive you seem, how you seem to have your shit together. Now, that about you, but I'm not fast, what people think about whether I got my shit together or not. Because there's plenty of examples where it might look like I don't. And let me tell you, there are plenty of examples where I don't, that's life. But I won't ever quit trying to find ways to improve that. And try to get my shit together at even greater level right? Regardless of what anyone else thinks. Now the best way to do that is with this plan. So let me explain how right so wheeling would feed me Tell me what what is it you need to do? So I was listening to the podcast the other day talking about our ability to tap into that higher part of us when we open the pineal gland. When we close our eyes, that's when they are our third eye, which is very much attached to our eyes. But it unlocks. It opens when it's dark when we close our other two eyes. Visualize. Now, in that space, eyes closed meditation, and you're able to access different parts of you. Some say connect your soul to your higher self, to God, the universe. Now, regardless of what you believe, what I can 100% guarantee is that the more that you meditate, the clearer you will see the world and the more heightened your intuition will become. But then we don't just take what we're good at Meditation and take it literally, then it requires that logic part of your brain to process to make sense of it. How do I apply this to the world that I live in? That's where so much a lot. But if you disconnect logic, then you're going off other people's logic, other people's idea of what's what? And well, the logic may be sound, is it right for you? And will the intuition, if you are purely going off what you feel you're not making sense of how to actually interpret that, and then apply it to your day to day life, well, then you're missing so much of the picture. Now, I've got any number of trainings around meditation, if it's something you think you can't do, I would love to share with you the training that I have to help you to tap into it, because I didn't know how to meditate either when I got started, in fact, very self judgmental and thinking that I was particularly poor at. So I read as much as I could, I persisted, I learned from people who knew how, and when to worked out, as most of the instructions were really poor. And funnily enough, I find that in a lot of areas of life, the instructions that the norm, not good at all, I'll give you one example was learning how to drive a manual car. And I got told, I'll just just let your foot off the clutch slowly. Well, that's kind of hard, right. But there's so much more to it, you bring it to the friction point, if they'd say that find the friction point. And then then gently get on the accelerator that the friction point and then that's where it actually engages and explained the why of it will make it so much easier. So the meditation element, that's why I explained to you the why of it. Because when we can combine it with logic, then we get best performances. Or there are better why than that. However, you're looking at life, whether you're a performance just in your day to day life, as a partner, as a parent as anything. That's why it's important to have that ability to tap deeper into intuition. And nothing is better than meditation. From my experience. I'm sure some of you who may have experienced plant medicine and all sorts of other mind altering circumstances, situations, tools may have other areas where you find deeper, but for the vast majority, that's not something that I have access to, or, or even that waiting client. But you can access that same place from meditation. And the more you practice, like with any muscle, the better you get, the stronger you get. And same with the blend of the logic and intuitive together, the more that you combine the two, the better results you'll see. The more confidence you'll get, the more clarity you have, the greater your ability to see the right direction for you. Decision Making. It really does make things easier to reach out if you're curious about finding more tips and meditation would love to share some of my training with you. It's absolutely free. And we'll just experiment yourself, be curious to be reading and then apply what you get in that space that when you quiet your mind long enough to hear the thoughts behind the thoughts. Those little what I hate to described as it's like the like there's a gap between your thoughts where little pieces of sparks of magic and inspiration jump through that perhaps you would never have heard unless you gave yourself that space and they're quiet. Then blend. And as always share your results would love to hear.
