Hey, everyone, I hope you have an awesome start to the week. And permission just address something I said on Friday, which is video every day, every weekday workday. Anyone next videos is on courage. And just want to clear up a few things on on what I know to be true about courage. And I think most people have had courage and they look at those situations where they're faced with a really challenging moment where they perhaps they feel threatened or they feel unsafe. And, and having that ability to stand up for themselves and for the people around them. To me that's more about survival. That's doing what you have to do for your own safety and for the safety of the most important people around you. True courage is being able to look down the barrel of the things that you see about yourself that you know, you want to be better, that you know need to be better, that you need to improve and shifting from a place of blame, which I know because I sat in that place for 40 plus years, blaming other people for circumstances and instead taking personal responsibility. That's courage. Courage is to address different challenges when part of you might be thinking I'm bit worried about what I might find, if I start digging, I wouldn't want to tell you is something that I tell my clients all the time and potential clients is 99.99% of stuff that comes up for all people is a blockage of a behaviour pattern that has been playing out since a very, very young age. And someone said something that your young brain created meaning around, and that's continued to loop until now and it's causing still causing you patterns that you don't enjoy. You don't go to do this work, because of worrying about having to go into these deep dark holes. To me, that's not what you need to do. It's about changing patterns. So that those old patterns never become a problem, again, that you're able to move forward quickly, you're able to move forward with more courage each time, because you're not caught in those same patterns that you just feels like you're going to be in forever. It feels permanent. Because for so long, it has been permanent. It feels like you've been playing this same game. And every time this happens, yeah, but you know, I'll probably ever set back and this will happen or, or this person will come in and this will happen. It's like when you change, bring a circuit breaker in and you have the courage to face whatever you need to take responsibility for. Then everything changes, the pattern changes, other people's responses change to you. And then your life gets better quickly. So that's courage, being able to face that. So if you're thinking, oh, you know, I know I need to do some improvements in my life. But you're worried about if you if you start talking, maybe some things will come up that like you wish you hadn't unpacked, it's like it doesn't work like that. Your subconscious will allow you to face whatever you're ready to face and the most important thing for you to face. And anything deeper than that. Mostly you don't even need to address it. Mostly all just sit there and a place where it's released the pattern, change the pattern, feel better about making peace with the past is going to allow you to move forward and it comes through having the courage to take personal responsibility for all that's been and for all that's coming.

And when you can do that, you take back your power, you take back self control, and you take back your ability to change anything You want to give off, you can never change what other people's response will be. But you can like educating people on how you would like to be treated. But it starts with personal responsibility. And like I said, if you shift away from that idea of courage being about those times, we'll actually it's more about survival. It's more about protection. It's more about safety for you and the most important people in your life and having the courage to yeah, like I said, at the start staring down the barrel of what you know, you need to address and doing whatever it takes to change. And when you can start doing that. That's when life starts get really enjoyable. It means that you can have the ability to move past those anger responses, that keeping you stuck, and then the resistance to those different emotions which ends up leaving you spiralling further downwards. It allows you to step into a place where you can use those emotions, those feelings, that energy to drive you to push you forward. It allows anger to become the very fuel that drives you to seek to your future success. That's courage. Have a great day. I'll see you tomorrow.
