I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.
No one understands me. It's a feeling I've had that many times in my life, and on how hard they can be. Sometimes I've thought we're the only people that truly understand me and my children. And that's just sad. It's like, how is that even possible. But that's what it feels like. And for you, I know how important it is to know that there are people that understand you that you're not going crazy. It's just that people don't listen, they don't hear you're tolerated you get on with it, because that's just what you do. There are times there though, that you feel like you can't provide that you that you're not capable of. And sometimes that's for the most important people in your life. Even your partner, they're not doing it deliberately, they don't, they don't set out to do that. Just that these patterns that are playing out for all of us, means that you have that feeling sometimes you've got that sense that no matter what you do, it's it's not enough. And how that plays out is like a feeling of inadequacy of mediocrity of just not good enough, even with the most clear logical evidence to suggest that you've got all the success and that everything's going great. Still that sense that you feel inadequate, when you go out into the, into the world. It shows up in all areas of your life. Internally, it feels like self doubt. It shows up in your inability to back yourself when you know you should. But then you don't and you're left wondering why. And then you blame yourself. Just know though you've got everything inside you already that you need. You've got all of the know how all of the belief. There's just some Most patterns that play out. Part of it is because like I said, No one understands you feel like no one's really supporting you, not supporting you in the way that you need. No one supporting you in the way that you support other people. Sometimes it feels like if only I had someone like me to come and pick me up and help me move forward. Just know that it's possible for you. You can create a sense of security within yourself to feel secure in the person that you are and to bring that sense of security and that ability to be that provider. And just know that if you have somebody in your corner there, supporting you, who can confirm to you the art, taking the right steps that you are on the right path, that everything is working out for you, then everything will change for you. And you'll unlock so much have those things that you really want in life that you truly want, not what other people want for you, not other people's agendas for what you truly want. And that is possible for you too. I believe in you. I know that you're capable of it. Keep looking up, keep moving forward and just know that there is support there.
