And because you've been told how to feel, and that you shouldn't do this and the other, then it creates this internal contradiction. Now, of course, it's not okay to act out on that violence. It's not okay to inflict pain on other people or to break different things that don't need braking. It is more than okay. In fact, it's necessary to allow yourself that full range of emotions. And this is where we develop emotional intelligence, the ability the ability to regulate our own emotions, the ability to acknowledge that there's something there to allow ourselves to feel, to take deep breaths, to bring ourselves back to balance, and then have the courage to talk out whatever has come to the surface. And this emotional intelligence will become your superpower. Your ability to self regulate in challenging situations will become your superpower. It'll separate you from 99.9% of the population. Because you'll have the ability to navigate even the most challenging situations by allowing yourself that space to breathe. self regulating self balancing, coming back into your power back into your strength. You'll be able to move past procrastination you'd be able to move past those moments where you feel like you're spiralling down. And instead you'll be able to get yourself have the discipline to get yourself back on track quickly. enjoyably efficient efficiently and in a way that's going to set you up to win

really important to remember, the whole full range of human emotions is so vitally important to your holistic well being. It allows you to quieten the noise in your mind. It allows you to release physical pain within your body. And it allows you to deepen the unity in your life. To bring all of your important relationships to a whole nother level. We don't feel judged you don't self judge. But in fact, you're able to stand in your power, stand in your strength and actually have people drawn towards you do because they feel that sense of power rippling out from you, your ability to stay calm, to stay present to stay strong to stand in your power.

Now, this is by no means an easy feat when you're first faced with it. But practising conscious breathing, regular journaling, having a safe place to talk about the different things in your life will assist you to bring more of this emotional intelligence in.
