for survival and has been for:

And you can more you can trust that the better your results will be. Now again, if you're scientifically minded, look up the science of Kinesiology of muscle testing. And you'll be able to find endless information on how this works. If you're a bit like me, and you're more just open to exploring and curious and, and open to doing it yourself, then yeah, just explore the concept of if I if I ask the question of a yes, that I know I'm gonna get a yes or no Yes or No. What shows up for me close your eyes? Do you rock forward? Do you rub back? Do you get a different feeling? Like for me it's like, it's like a completely, almost like empty euphoric feeling in my whole body when it's a yes. And when it's a no, I get some tension in my, in my jaw and in part of my part of my head. And I'm able to get that yes or no. And there are different, like, variations of that for different situations, because I've continued to develop this skill. And what difference would it make for your life? If you could get a definitive yes or no? Like, imagine making decisions from this place? Now, it does take some courage to act on some of them, particularly when you get a yes, when you when you logically or in your level of comfort is going there's no way that I'm doing that, right. So it's not about that you still want to go at a level that you're comfortable with. There's no point taking yourself to a panic zone on on something that you're not 100% convinced on. But the more you do trust it, even for the big things, the more effortlessly, you'll move past the challenges, and the more the results and opportunities and situations will manifest for you. When you take back this control of not leaving yourself at the mercy of life at other people's agendas and responsibilities but knowing your yes no and your no. and acting on it. Absolutely game changer. Play around with it. Let me know what you get. If you have any questions around the yes or no? Let me know. And for those who are research minded, Happy Researching, I'd love to hear what you find.
