I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

No one is holding you back. There's no one in your life. That's stopping you from going and doing what you want to do. From spoken to people numerous times were like, I feel like this is holding me back that's holding me back, this person is holding me back. That just excuses for you not going and doing what you need to do. Now granted, there might be different people in your life that are challenging, and that are having the same conversations with you've had they've had before. And maybe they've not, there's not a desire to change. But you cannot use that for an excuse for you not going to where you want to go. If you want to live life on your terms, it just becomes another distraction. Another way that you give yourself an out from taking action. If you really want to live life a certain way, if you really want to be a certain way, then it's having the courage finding the strength to act on that. And don't let anyone hold you back. How do we do that you start with knowing who it is you want to be with in as much detail as you can, knowing what you want from your life and as much detail as you can. And knowing what it is that you have to do to make that happen. And then taking action. It's actually not that complicated. The complexities come in, when we have these different patterns running, different conditioning running from a young age, where we end up repeating patterns that aren't healthy. The clearer we can get from where we're heading, who we want to be all of that detail of your future vision. Whether you have it written down, or whether you have it visual in photos of a massive fan of vision boards, or any other different way. The clearer you can get, the easier it will be for you to be able to do whatever it is that you need to do because life will show you what you need to do, like I've banged on about a fair bit recently is like that subconscious part of your brain will be looking for answers to that clear parameters you've given in that future vision. And particularly if you check back in with that vision on a regular basis, then you will continue to have your brain find solutions. The unconscious part of your brain will seek out and find what it is you need. And an important thing that is for you to act on it. Take Action, do what needs to be done, go and make it happen. When you come with that intention, that you are going to take control your destiny, that you are going to be the person that makes it happen. Part of you already knows that you are that person. You know you're different. Les Brown talks about him being in the audience with this speaker was speaking that had just inspired him. And this speaker said if there's one person whose life has changed through this, for me speaking to the you, you this to this crowd to you, children as a school crowd. Then my job here is done. And Les Brown said, I said in that crowd and went on the one. He's talking to me. And he had that opportunity to meet him years down the track and said I was the one he told him I was the one the guy who did the speech didn't see as much significance for But

because that message had spoken directly to Liz that it really had such a profound impact on his life. So if you're the one, if you're the one person that needs to hear this message, then it's up to you. You've got to make it happen. There'll be support along the way, there'll be people who will come into your life to help you. But you have to take the action.

And one of the best ways to have the momentum to take action is to have someone in your, in your corner, who's able to validate to you that you are on the right track to know that you're always supported. And well, where quite often that doesn't feel like you are, sometimes even in their marriages. They can be different times when where we don't feel like we're being heard properly. And people not fully understanding us. It's not deliberate from them. It's them doing their own their best in whatever way they're going through it. But if you use that as an excuse, then you're still just be always holding yourself back, but blaming other people for holding you back. Time to step up, use whatever resources you need. Make it happen.
