I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Jim Rohn said, I find it fascinating that most people plan their vacations with better care than they plan their lives. Perhaps that is because escape is easier than change. Now, when I first saw that, quote, I was a massive student of Jim Rohn. At the time, I was listening to everything he had. Because what when I first learned about his wisdom, it just made sense to me. And this quote, man, was I doing this was I putting all this time and effort into my vacations. And that's important, right? But it just got me thinking, what if I actually dedicated as much energy and time into my life the rest of my life? What could be possible? Now, like I've been saying this week, having a clear plan is crucial to your success. From your logical minds perspective, there's a structure to follow. That allows you an area of focus that gives you clarity of your thoughts, step by step guide helps you to retain more energy because you're wasting less energy from jumping from Decisions, decisions decisions, you're removing that sea of thoughts that are running through your head with a confusion, the overcrowded mind the overthinking the unconscious mind, having a clear plan for your life, like I've explained before, allows that part of your brain to seek answers and more information towards that plant towards that certainty that you've given it almost feels effortlessly when things start showing up, almost like magic, the right opportunities, new possibilities, the right resources, just simply come into your life. Momentum inspiration towards your goals. Now, this is one of the first tasks I give to new clients is to create a future vision for their life and get some of this down in detail. And the thing is that every year I've probably for the last five I've run planning event where I take them through the process that I've used every year to map out their year, break it down into into that that full 12 month vision and then break it down into smaller chunks. And they've loved it so much they do whenever I offer it the next year they jump at it. And there's some other people that jump into clients and and that's great because they get to be exposed to something new. My clients know the value of it because I've done it a number of times and they're always keen to get involved. And the clients that actually invest the most time and energy into that planning and follow through on it. They tend to get the best results. They tend to achieve what they want to achieve the fastest. And they find implementation easier. Look at the momentum happening. Because I've been saying wait the best time to start your plan is not once a year started but getting out ahead of it and having it in place gives you that dopamine hit as you start checking things off sometimes before they even started and you got that momentum happening. When you just break it down to a micro level, when you've planned the night before and you, you know exactly what you're going to do the next day and you get up and you jump into a new get going, start ticking it off. Or the brain loves that, logically and consciously and unconsciously. So, get planning, determine what is most important, why it's most important, and break it down into smaller steps. Now that y piece is crucial. We've talked about having those priorities right and finding what's most important, but knowing why it's important. That's the bit that gives you inspiration and momentum when the things when things get difficult. So what are you waiting for? Pen and paper or your ongoing journal or pull out a new diary? Get planning, you will never regret it.
