So quite the other day that the difference between a conspiracy theory and truth is about six months. Now, I'm certainly not here to to try and force any conspiracy theories down your throat. It's not what the intention is at all. If you've done any personal growth, then you you'd absolutely they would have stumbled across some truths about how the world operates that perhaps you were surprised by but open your mind to a whole other world of doing things from just from the simple fact of the whole way. We were programmed by the advertisements we see like, there's a song like a great line, since when did advertising become like narcotics, and it is it's like it's an addictive form. They use anchoring in the text. They use certain subliminal math methods and, and storylines that when you go and you buy something, you go Why'd I even buy that? Right? And you might end up collect junk. So there's a whole like, like I said, there's a whole rabbit hole of that. But what I want to bring your awareness to is actually that the real conspiracy, the real tyranny that I hit that we're going on about is not actually what's happening externally. It's what's going on internally. What What's the conspiracy that you're telling yourself? What what's the, one of the lies that you tell yourself? What is the internal tyranny that's playing out within you, that's having you want to engage in all of these different messages that you feel how the world has been wronged, or that we're having the wool pulled over our eyes, everything is a reflection. And whenever we go out there, and we looking for different things that upset us and get frustrated, whether it's what's happening in government, whether it's what's happening in, in the way that people are treating each other, or whatever it is, there's all there's so many different places where we can be investing time and energy around the inequities of how the world is run, and of the things that just aren't working the way that they should be. Ultimately, we're gonna come back to self of think of as Jordan Peterson was saying, like, you know, people are out there, and they want you to really get behind a big cause. And he goes from my experience is that people who are in there, and the yelling the loudest generally don't have their own house in order. And from my experience that is the same. It's a, another avoidance tactic, another distraction from actually address addressing what's going on for you. What is it that you're not being fully truthful about? Or you kind of know what the truth is, but you're prepared to keep avoiding it? Because it might seem like hard work. Every time you catch yourself getting frustrated at something external, particularly the big stuff. It's an opportunity to take stock to pause and to be curious about what might be going on for you what? Resolved grief. And if you're not, if you can't put your finger on it straightaway, then it's also unknown grief is playing out for you

Now, as I've said many times before, journaling is a great way to bring awareness to this because you give your subconscious mind clear intention, and you allow it to do its work to find you the solutions. And one of the other skills is you have to be ready to read the signs when they show themselves to you. So it is very much like I said, Being curious, showing discernment with the information that comes through and not jumping from here to here to here which can be it can be something you can fall into when you go through your growth journey. When you start trying to improve it, yeah, oh, this is on now. It's this analysis. Now don't get me wrong, like I'm, I'm jumping from one point, I believe this. Now I'm thinking the world this way, to the very much is a an ability to continue to adapt your thinking. But not doing it without running it through your personal values, filter, your morals, your personal purpose. And when I say purpose, like your why, what your why for living, like, for me a big part of my why is because I want to be the best that I can for my family, I want to be able to provide for them, I want to be able to protect them want to be able to give them everything that I possibly can. So unless you run it through that filter, and check through that lens, first around what's most important for you, then you're going to be able to be dragged in all these different directions by all of these different things that are happening in the world, and things that yeah, like when you look at them, they may bring some emotions to the to the surface, and one of them might be fear and might be worried might be concerned for the future. Great. Well, what is actually causing that fear? What is having you feeling unsafe? What is it that thinks that if certain things unfold in the future will mean that you're not safe? Because I can tell you that I spent a lot of time diving into that, and addressing my own fears. And now the future will be the future. I'm not allowing myself to be drawn into any of the different scary stories that were being shown. Because I just don't see that as my future. I have control over what I bring to the table. And no matter what, I know that we live in an abundant universe, and I'll be provided with whatever I need to. And if that is a challenging time, like we've been through the last three years, well, then I just know there's lessons for me to learn there too. And that we will always come out the other side in a better place. I have ultimate faith in humanity. I know there are plenty of things that you you may have experienced where you think, well, well. People are doing this, that the other and like how can we possibly have faith or where we're heading? Well, ultimately, humans have a massive need for survival. And they'll continue to find ways to make that happen, and will continue to meet one of those other great needs, which is to find that unity, to find that way to come together and to find a better way. And if we every single one of us in this world, takes it upon ourselves, to start addressing the different challenges that we have internally. And find more of that peace, then the external peace that we're all searching for the freedom to be ourselves to live life on our terms will be so much easier for all of us.
